One of the reasons why most individuals who suffer from loneliness are not able to break this feeling is that they think it is all about simply being with people. Part of the reason that an anxious person who has been plagued by loneliness won't be successful being with others is that their uneasy feelings that stem from this feeling of loneliness get in the way. This CD is designed to teach and evoke relaxation that eliminates the sting of loneliness so that you can make better decisions that will result in positive relationships and allow you to feel better while doing it.
Loneliness comes from our being too critical of ourselves but by relaxing from that attitude, you can eliminate the negative feelings to free you up to connect in positive and important ways with people who matter to you. This CD has shown to be very successful in helping people set aside loneliness, get on with life and to make new friends and relationships.
