Tomsett's text absolutely emphasises the value in student-teacher relationships - the students will not learn from someone they loathe. He cites some great educators and leadership gurus while transferring their major findings in plain speak with vivid, relatable experiences. His humour is well received and makes the read enjoyable as well as professionally impacting. I intend to share his insights with my pre-service teachers in the United States. This was a great find and something I will return to again and again.
