When nurses move forward in their careers, teaching becomes a vital element and for some a career pathway. Nursing assessors, mentors and practice educator courses offer credits at post graduate level and make the assumption that these students have a basic educational knowledge that will facilitate learning. However this is not always the case, leaving some students with a learning curve that appears insurmountable. In this instance this book will provide support and guidance and will be recommended.
