It provides a simple and useful model of -˜BEST' as both a structure and a checklist for supervision. The case studies and personal anecdotes are excellent and really draw you in to what actually happens in supervision. Finally. It is wonderful to see a coaching supervision book that takes a -˜clean' approach and includes lots of valuable references to Clean Language.
