As for myself, through reading "From my Heart" I feel that I have grown as a teacher. Before, I would rush around trying to cram as much into my day as possible, whereas now I make sure that I take time to reflect on what has happened during my teaching day, how I interacted with children and staff and how I dealt with any situations that may have arisen. I am also aware that I am a role model for the values that we are trying to instil in our children and this awareness has had a significant impact and a positive affect on my teaching and my relationship with the children. Your books are inspiring- thank you Neil.
