A refreshing and practical guide to understanding and coaching women. It demonstrates the differences between men and women and how women do in fact need a different style of coaching. I think that for anyone who coaches women or simply wants to connect with the women that they work with this book is a must-read. What's more I love the way that they use gentle humour in this book and make it a pleasure to read whilst still being practical and realistic. Go buy it, it's well worth it.
