As a father of five children, I loved Happy Kids Happy You. I just wished I'd had Sue's guidance when I began my journey as a parent but hey it's never too late to learn. As an NLP practitioner, I recognised Sue's advice as good NLP practice and she has a wonderfully accessible way of putting the message across. Not only did I pick up great tips on relating to children, I also found myself thinking how much I could apply with adults too. Sue's key lessons are delivered in inspirational bite-sized chunks and I just love all the mini case studies she has gleaned from other parents. This has got to be essential reading for every mum and dad. In fact I reckon there should be a copy provided by the state for every birth registered. It would make the world a much better place.
