I was delighted to see Sue's techniques and tips in print. Sue has provided training workshops for our service, both for a mum's support group and for volunteers working with children. Sue gives us tools and techniques to help with the myriad sticky situations of parenting ” to help us keep our cool when tempers get hot, to communicate effectively with our children and, most of all, enjoy those precious years. I have tried out a number of Sue's methods with my grandchild AND they do work!
