Product reviews for Their Finest Hour

I really wasn't sure what to make of this book when I first received it and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was gripped from the very first few pages. The style is elegant and I found it easy to read and totally engrossing. The variety of approaches to working with different clients in the book provides something that all of us can learn from even though the learnings may not be explicit while you read. I've found myself reminded of chapters while I work with clients and consider how useful these approaches might be.
