Claire Gadsby is an innovator, educator and motivator. A teaching and learning consultant and trainer with over 20 years' classroom experience, she collaborates with a wide variety of schools every year to raise their levels of achievement. Much of her work involves working alongside teachers in classrooms, and her areas of expertise include assessment for learning (AfL), whole-school literacy and demonstrating pupil progress.

George Gafner, MSW, LCSW, is director of the hypnosis training program and director of the family therapy training program at the Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System, Tucson. He is the author of four previous books on hypnosis and hypnotic inductions.

James Garner is a freelance graphic designer, illustrator and decorator. He lives in Suffolk where he pursues his passion of creativity. He can often be found drawing or painting, whether it is houses or beautiful children's books.

Steve Garnett delivers inspirational, practical and highly realistic teaching- and learning-related INSET. He travels extensively around the UK, as well as globally, having delivered training to over 15,000 teachers in over 30 countries, extending to South America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and south-east Asia.

Ted Garratt founded the organisation Target Resources, a human resources consultancy specialising in training and development. He is involved in all types of organisations and sectors, and specialises in facilitating personal, team and organisational change.

Angela Garry has 24 years' experience in administrative roles, including working in three universities, a training company, and five years in a new academy in the UK. Globally the most connected personal assistant and PA trainer on LinkedIn, Angela has delivered seminars, training events and CPD workshops for over 3,300 PAs in education and corporate settings throughout the world. A frequent speaker at UK PA conferences and trade events, Angela edits a magazine for head teachers' PAs and guest-writes for several other PA publications, as well as mentoring and coaching PAs throughout the UK.

Paul Garvey was a teacher for 22 years and is a former lead inspector for Ofsted. He has also supported many schools in preparing for inspection. Paul is a member of both Barnsole Academy Trust and PEAK Multi Academy Trust, and is the author of Taking Control and Talk for Teaching.

Dr Geoff Ibbotson was a GP for twenty-two years before he left his practice to pursue his interest in chest medicine and the applications of hypnosis. He worked for 14 years in a clinical psychology department and now practises hypno-psychotherapy on a private basis, is a tutor of hypno-psychotherapists and a clinical supervisor. He also undertakes medico-legal work.
